New to NJ Roster?

Getting started is easy. Send your roster email to: roster@njroster.com

You can do this two ways:

  1. Share from Vector
    • Open Vector on your phone
    • Pick a day in the month you want to upload
    • Select the share icon at the top right of the screen
    • Choose to share via email
    • Send the email to: roster@njroster.com
  2. Or, forward your roster email to: roster@njroster.com

What happens next

  • Your roster is automatically scanned and uploaded
  • You receive a welcome email with a link to set your password
  • A live subscribed calendar is created for you
  • Set up the subscribed calendar in your calendar app of choice (it's a simple process)
  • When you have a roster update, send the roster to roster@njroster.com and everything updates automatically.

When you sign in, your roster is already there.

Why use NJ Roster?

NJ Roster creates a subscribed calendar from your official roster email. It stays accurate without manual updates and works with Apple, Google, Windows, and any calendar app.

Your roster in your family's calendar

You can share your calendar with your partner or family, so they immediately see when you are working, on days off, or away.

See your colleagues rosters

You can also choose to make your roster viewable to other NetJets pilots, which is useful for planning events or seeing who you might be flying with.

Private by default

The site is private by default. You control who can see your roster and which groups you join.
